RMA
For complaints and returns, please fill out this RMA form and press "Submit". Your RMA case is then created with us and you can send us your system directly.
RMA conditions / procedure:
Every return must be free of charge (customer pays for the return, TX team for the return).
We reserve the right to refuse to accept goods sent freight collect.
If the sent item is outside the guarantee period, you will receive a non-binding offer for a repair from us.
Data can be lost during error analysis or repairs. Please back up all important data.
Unless otherwise agreed: Please return the entire scope of delivery. If you should retain a component, please make a note on this RMA form.
Please do not send us any parts or accessories that are not part of the original scope of delivery, we cannot guarantee that they will be returned.
