Each system can be designed to your specifications, from adding your logo, to interface labeling, to full-color printing.
We have marking lasers and CNC machines for engraving in-house. We also have front and rear panels in different anodized colors.
We offer this service without a minimum order quantity.
We can also carry out screen or digital printing for you.
TX-Team systems are used worldwide in critical applications and harsh environments. Reliability and durability are two of the most important requirements. Therefore, our systems are specially developed for this application and are not just composed of standard components.
To ensure that systems become real solutions for you, we also offer the following in the areas of development and production for individual solutions:
Mechanics
Housing parts, cooling parts, display frames and various accessories are created from CAD designs on in-house CNC machines - not only for series products, but also for samples and prototypes.
Electronics
If a component is not available on the market or is not available in sufficient quality, we can develop the component exactly to suit your project.
This does not have to be expensive, because often you can- at least in part - rely on what you already have.
Examples include IO controllers, power supplies and carrier boards for CPU modules.
Electromechanics
Good cooling is one of the most important points when it comes to reliability and maintenance-free operation.
Passive heatpipe cooling systems are our core expertise, but we also offer powerful and extremely low-maintenance systems with forced ventilation or liquid cooling.
Operating System
Of course, our service does not end with the hardware. Pre-sales, we are happy to asses your software, operating system or image for interoperability with the target hardware.
Your systems can then be preconfigured so that they arrive ready-to-use.
UEFI/Bios
If necessary, we adapt the UEFI to your requirements, create individual boot screens or enter customer-specific strings in the designated registers.
Hardware-Related Software
Some applications require integrated circuits for system monitoring or to map special functions - such as controlling LEDs or small status displays. Corresponding µCs with embedded code can often be integrated with little effort.
Closely linked to our quality management system according to ISO9001:2015, there are detailed test plans for pre-series and series systems.
While physical quantities are measured, compared and recorded in our in-house electronics laboratory, we use various tools on a logical level. These include for example "Burn-In".
Using a climate chamber equipped with measuring technology, we can test the system behavior under extreme conditions.
We are also happy to handle international market approvals (including EMC and Low Voltage Directives) according to FCC, CCC, etc. for you via an appropriately accredited laboratory.
This area also includes special testing standards, such as those required by railway or medical technology.
